PSA 10 vs CGC 10 for modern sets — which do you actually trust?

The CGC 10 population is tiny and the premium is real, but every buyer I meet asks for PSA.

“I’ve been collecting Pokémon since I was a kid. Came back to the hobby two years ago and realised every tool was broken: prices a week behind, scanners that miss, comp data so slow that standing at a vendor’s table meant pulling eBay on bad signal just to value a card. So I built the thing I needed. Pokitt brings pricing, scanning, collections and community together in one place. A year of work, thousands of hours, 95% of it me. The community has given me so much. This is me giving it back.”

When does Pokitt actually launch?

Pokitt is targeting Q4 2026 for its iOS App Store launch. Beta access will open in stages before public release.

How much will Pokitt cost?

Pokitt’s core collection tools will stay free. Optional Pro features may be offered later, but your collection, your data and your community will not be locked behind a paywall.

Why iOS only at launch?

Pokitt is being built as a native iOS app so the beta and first public release can focus on one platform. The current app supports iOS 17 and later; there is no published Android date.

Can I move my collection from another app?

Yes. Import a CSV from another app or spreadsheet, review every match, and carry over what you paid. The current importer accepts owned Pokémon cards; other TCGs and watchlist-only rows are skipped with a visible count.

Is my collection data private?

Your collection and wishlist are private by default. You can choose to make them visible and separately control whether your portfolio value and online status appear. Purchase prices, notes and sold history stay private either way.

Will Pokitt have a marketplace or trading?

Not at launch. Pokitt provides pricing, completed-sale evidence, wishlists, community and direct messages, but it does not operate an in-app checkout or trade-matching marketplace.

What does joining the beta include?

Submitting your details joins the waitlist; it does not guarantee an immediate seat. Invited testers receive access through TestFlight and can send feedback from inside the app. New accounts are admitted in stages through Pokitt’s live iOS beta capacity gate.

Which cards and languages will Pokitt support?

The live search catalogue contains 232K+ cards across Pokémon, Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound, Gundam and Dragon Ball Super. Language coverage varies by game; English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese are the core live languages. Collection import is currently Pokémon-only.
