Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of pokitt.app and the Pokitt app, including the founding-cohort beta. They explain what Pokitt is, who can use it, the community rules, and the limits on the pricing information we show.

1. The agreement
By using pokitt.appor submitting our beta-cohort signup form, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or submit the form.
The site is operated by Blood Brother Media, based in the United Kingdom. Throughout this document, “we,” “us” and “Pokitt” refer to Blood Brother Media; “you” refers to the person agreeing to these Terms.
2. What this is, and isn’t
Right now, Pokitt is a pre-launch waitlist site. The iOS app it markets is in development and is scheduled to launch on the App Store in Summer 2026.
By signing up you are:
- Reserving a place in the founding-member cohort, with the intent of receiving early access via Apple TestFlight when your cohort is invited.
- Asking us to email you when major Pokitt updates ship.
You are not:
- Buying anything. The waitlist is free.
- Paying a subscription. Pricing tiers will be communicated at App Store launch.
- Guaranteed a beta seat. Cohorts are limited (currently 1,000 founding members) and we may invite people in any order.
- Guaranteed any specific feature, launch date, or behaviour of the future app. The product is in active development.
When the Pokitt app is live, it helps you catalogue your collection, track its value, and connect with a community. Two things to be clear on: Pokitt is not a marketplace(you cannot buy or sell through it, and posting commercial or “for sale” content is not allowed), and the pricing it shows is information, not financial or investment advice. Card values are estimates from sales data and can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete, so please do not rely on them for financial decisions.
3. Who can sign up
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pokitt. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian. We apply age-appropriate protections for younger members (see our Privacy Policy), and we do not allow accounts for children under 13.
You must give accurate information when you sign up. We may decline to honour invites where details are obviously falsified.
4. Acceptable use
When using pokitt.app or any feature delivered to you under the beta programme, you agree not to:
- Submit fake, duplicate, or automated entries to gain extra cohort seats.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site, the app, or their supporting services.
- Resell, transfer, or share your beta access with third parties.
- Use the site, the app, or any data it surfaces in a way that breaks UK law or infringes anyone’s rights.
In the app’s community features (posts, comments, messages and stories), you also agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, or a scam, and not to post commercial, “for sale”, or trade-solicitation content (Pokitt is not a marketplace). The app provides blocking and reporting tools, and we act on reports.
We may, at our discretion, remove content and suspend or remove anyone who breaches these rules, to protect users (especially younger members) or as required by law.
5. Intellectual property
The Pokitt brand, the “Pokitt Engine,” the site code, the design, the copy, the data flows and underlying methodology are owned by Blood Brother Media. You receive no rights to any of it by using the site or signing up to the waitlist.
Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and all related trademarks and trade dress shown on this site are the property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. Pokitt is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company or its licensees.
Card images and pricing data displayed for illustrative purposes are aggregated from public sources for editorial use within this landing page. They do not constitute investment advice and may not reflect current market conditions.
6. No warranty & pricing accuracy
Pokitt is provided as-is while in pre-launch. We make no warranty that the site will be available, error-free, or accurate at any point in time. The app and its features are subject to change without notice, and may be added, removed, or restructured before public launch.
Any prices, trends, or analytics displayed are illustrative and should not be the sole basis for any buying, selling, grading, or trading decision. Always verify with live market data before transacting.
7. Limitation of liability
Subject to applicable consumer law, Blood Brother Media will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of pokitt.app or your participation in the beta waitlist. Our total liability for any direct damages, in aggregate, is capped at £100, reflecting the fact that the beta waitlist is free and that no paid service has yet been provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (for example, liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).
8. Termination
You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing us or clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.
We may discontinue the pre-launch programme, change the cohort size, or close the waitlist at any time. If we do, we’ll email everyone affected.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active waitlist members at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site or waitlist after that 14-day window means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you have non-waivable rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
